1) April 27 23rd BMW Flea Market and MotoExpo Blackhawk Region BMW Association, Inc. Huge indoor BMW Flea Market and MotoExpo! Come to Winnebago County Fairgrounds, Pecatonica, IL, 10 miles west of Rockford and 1 mile north of US20. Motorcycle and accessory dealers, vendors, enthusiast-sellers, and buyers are all welcome. Rent a vendor space or sell your items on consignment at our club booth. Buyers admitted for $5 donation. Saturday night setup and camping; supper served onsite. The beautiful North Georgia Mountain location is in close proximity to Deal’s Gap, the Cherohala Skyway, Wolf Pen Gap, Two Wheels Only (TWO),
Brasstown Bald, Richard Russell Scenic Parkway, Blood Mountain (Hwy 129), Nantahala, Wyah Bald, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and much more. The rally site will once again be Bald Mountain Park Campground Resort
(www.baldmountainpark.com, just outside Hiawassee, GA. Expect shady campsites, hot showers, good food, great variety of vendors and door prizes, live music, bonfires, bike show, seminars, fun and fellowship.
Fee includes 2 nights camping, rally pin for the first 750, poker run, awards, door prizes, Friday and Saturday dinners, campfire, and plenty of coffee to drink. Pre-registration is $40 (postmarked by 4/1/08) or $45 at the gate.
Early registration provides a chance to win a special door prize. Day-passes ($10 at gate) will not include food, camping, prizes, activities or awards, but will allow rally area and vendor area access.

Great local restaurants and wonderful hospitality. Location – Burkesville, KY (south central KY) on the banks of the Cumberland River at the intersection of Hwy 61 and Hwy 90.
The coordinate points for the rally are: N36 47.226, W85 22.139. The Rally site is the beautiful Burkesville City Park with level grass camping sites, bath rooms with showers (bring your own towel and soap).
There are great local restaurants and wonderful hospitality to be enjoyed. Rally fee - $25 per person if pre-registered by May 12th or $30 at the gate.

All motorcyclists welcome with or without sidecars. Come out and enjoy some of the best riding roads in the north Georgia mountains. Spend some time with fellow sidecarists, even if you don’t have a sidecar yet! Registration Fee (haven’t changed in years): $20.00 per person if paid prior to Monday May 31, 2008. After May 31, fee will be $25.00 per person. Children 12 and under are admitted free. 20) July 12-13 32nd Annual “Ramapo 500” Weekend Motorcycle Tour Ramapo Motorcycle Club Takes place this year on Saturday and Sunday, July 12 and 13, 2008. Over the two days, riders will travel on 500 miles of carefully chosen scenic (and occasionally challenging) secondary roads. Sign-in for the “500” will be from 7:00 am to 9:00 am on July 12th at Ireland’s 32 Pub, Route 59 (off Route 17, 1.3 miles East), Suffern, NY. A reduced fee of $33.00 will apply to riders who pre-register by mail and whose early entries are received before June 30th. The day of event sign-in entry fee is $45.00. The entry fee includes self-guided tour directions, dinner Saturday night, camping, swimming pool, entertainment, awards, prizes, breakfast Sunday, and a Commemorative Starter’s Pin and Finisher’s Patch (for the 1st 400 entrants only). For non-campers, a listing of area motels appears on the entry flier.
The tour is American Motorcyclist Association sanctioned.

So wear your boots, pack your cowboy hat, and Cowboy Up in Gillette! 22) July 24-27 36th Cascade Country Rendezvous Washington State BMW Riders Back by popular demand! The Washington State BMW Riders annual celebration will be held again at the Pacific County Fairgrounds in Menlo, WA. Menlo sits in the very green Willapa Valley just 30 minutes from the Pacific Ocean
and two hours from Seattle or Portland, OR. The Willapa area offers miles of exciting on and off road riding and numerous nearby attractions Your rally fee includes 3 nights camping, excellent food Friday and Saturday night,
coffee and refreshments, rally pin (first 300 registrants), field events, local rides, bike judging and awards, seminars, door prizes, and entertainment. Road and GS classes will be offered for additional registration and fees.
As always, we’ll have nightly campfires, vendors, dealer support, chair massage, Wi-Fi access, a cash bar, latte stand, breakfast and lunch for sale each day, and the world famous fresh oyster bar!

23) July 24-27 Top O' the Rockies Rally BMW Motorcycle Club of Colorado 36th Annual Top O' The Rockies Rally

Centered at the Town Park in historic Paonia, Colorado The "Top O’ the Rockies Rally" is in its 36th year of providing riders and their guests with the best riding and scenery Colorado has to offer. Your registration fee of $40.00 (by June 30, 2008 $45.00 after June 30) gives you 3 nights of tree shaded camping with hot showers and bathrooms nearby. A delicious breakfast and dinner are provided on Saturday. Entertainment includes first rate music on stage Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights so bring your dancing boots! Grandjean is a beautiful setting at the gateway to the Sawtooth Wilderness Area. The actual site will be at the Sawtooth Lodge which features a heated 24 x 40 pool, showerhouse, several bathrooms with flush toilets, two meadows for camping, cabins available (make your own reservation), natural hot springs within ½ mile walking distance, lodge has alternative food available such as milkshakes and burgers. The road in off Hwy 21 is 6 miles of “good dirt road” and requires appropriate dirt road riding skills.
Thursday we grill burgers, Friday is Sauerkraut and grilled Beer Brats, Saturday is large Rib-Eye steaks, Idaho baked potatoes, and corn on the cob. While in the area visit the now finished Halifax Bomber at the Air Force Museum, take a tour of the County and enjoy a wine tour of some of the 25 wineries in the area plus many other sites. Go for a ride and see the Canoe Museum and the Seminars, field events, flea market, rider awards, plus 50/50 draws for our local charity. 28) August 16-17 2008 Colorado Classic 1000 BMW Motorcycle Club of Colorado Register for the Colorado Classic 1000, the annual long-distance rally by the BMW Motorcycle Club of Colorado which asks participants to ride 1000 miles in a day! This year’s route departs the Denver area for historic Cripple Creek, the long way around, over some of the most scenic roads in Colorado! Qualified finishers will receive a commemorative award in recognition of their accomplishment and the opportunity to register with the Iron Butt Association® for SaddleSore 1000 certification.
The route opens at 5:00 AM, Aug 16th at the Holiday Inn in Lakewood, CO and closes 24 hours later at the Double Eagle Hotel & Casino in Cripple Creek. Celebratory finisher’s banquet follows.
Fee: $99 ($125 after Jul 19th). Registration closes Aug 2nd. Ride limit is 125. Entrants are responsible for hotel accommodations. A limited number of rooms are being held for Colorado Classic 1000 participants so register early to ensure hotel availability.
