This will be our first RA rally. My wife and I believe in volunteering and have done so at other rallies and events we have attended over the years. We've met a lot of nice people volunteering both working side by side and helping others have a great experience. Just as a suggestion, it makes it a lot easier to select shifts and commit early when we have an idea of the daily itinerary of the rally. Even an outline is helpful. ;)

That's coming, but at this stage too much of the details are in, shall we say...flux. ;-) Keep an eye on the Rally home page for the volunteer information. That will update as the schedule comes together.

Absolutely! Go here www.bmwra.org/rally/volunteer.html (http://www.bmwra.org/rally/volunteer.html) to get information on volunteer sign up. We have a lot more people than that page would indicate since updating it is lagging behind actual volunteer signups.

An important note is that only volunteers will be allowed on the rally grounds before 8:00am Thursday, July 6th when registration opens. Signing up for some pre-rally assistance gives you a shot at a good camp space. ;)
