I feel your pain and I know I've read similar threads on other forums. We do have a few freezes and thaws before winter hits us full on in WI. The problem is that we dump A LOT of salt on the roads. I don't believe that I can get it all off before storing the bike. So, mine had been stored and charging for a couple of weeks now.
