I'm new to the RA forum. How do we create new forums so that they are not all under the theme of the rally?

What i'd like to see is some involvement with the local clubs that are affiliated with the RA and see some form of reigonal forums.

How do you post new messages?

I just retired and moved to southern Indiana from California. I'm interested in starting a RA Club for Terre Haute area.
